Janie and Les Thorneycroft extend a warm Kentish welcome at Floridan House, which is located in the village of Chestfield in the Canterbury District of Kent, England.
We are situated a mile or so from the sea on the north coast of Kent, between the towns of Whitstable and Herne Bay and approximately five miles (8km) north of Canterbury.
Chestfield & Swalecliffe railway station is a ten minute walk away. From there you can get a train to London Victoria via the Medway Towns and Bromley South (1 hour 20 minutes travelling time). There are also regular trains to Ramsgate via Margate.
